A heritage in motion: 1883-1993-2023
In 1883, the museum opened the doors of its first room to the public. 30 years ago – September 16 1993 – the museum inaugurated its reopening after a complete renovation and, in 2023the new thematic rooms offer surprising stories around our collections while new interior designs will breathe contemporary life into this magnificent setting while enhancing its exceptional architecture.
