    A temporary funeral center, equipped with 15 mortuary rooms, was installed in part of the Saint-Georges car park. The reception of families, to organize the ceremonies, takes place at avenue du Cimetière 1, in the premises of the cemetery administration.

    • the redevelopment of mortuary rooms in order to offer families 24-hour access and a more conducive setting for contemplation, with an artistic intervention financed by the FMAC (Municipal Contemporary Art Fund);
    • improving the acoustics of the chapels, as well as managing the flow of people participating in the various ceremonies by creating new access to the outside in the two ceremony rooms;
    • the redevelopment of the main entrances with new access, including the installation of an elevator for people with reduced mobility;
    • in order to respond to current challenges, the renewal of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations, now obsolete, as well as sanitary and electrical equipment;
    • the redevelopment and modernization of work spaces, in order to provide secure and comfortable working conditions for employed staff.
