(FULL) A free local brunch from 10 a.m. in the Parc des Eaux-Vives in partnership with Genève Terroir
The day starts with a free brunch offered to nearly 500 guests, composed exclusively of local products. This new feature marks the wish to invite city dwellers to discover the riches of the local land and to salute the work of our farmers.
In case of bad weather, the brunch will be held at the Plainpalais community hall.
The artistic programming was entrusted to theShap Shap association et al’Ola Production agency who succeeded in meeting the challenge brilliantly.
Varied activities for children and young people
The start of the festivities is scheduled for 3 p.m. at Parc La Grange with workshops for children on the theme of Switzerland, organized by theAmusen associationactivities offered by the Stuff Truck of the House of Creativity, or even giant games with the toy bus of the Schools and Institutions for Children Service.
Young people will be seduced by K-Pop performances and through training workshops offered by Local DJs. In terms of street art, note the presence of a Brazilian artist Heloisa Ariadne accompanied by the Geneva artist Jessifly, in a privileged area of the park, with deck chairs set up by young people employed by the Youth Service.
