The envelope for the 2024 call for projects was 75,000 CHF. The five projects selected by the jury are:
“Digital for All” from the Camarada association: creation of training specifically adapted to senior migrant women with little education, as well as support for online administrative procedures.
“Café Savoir Part’aged” of the Christian Unions of Geneva (UGC): traveling cafés within residences for seniors to help them stay connected to today’s digital world.
“Evening hours and training” of the Voie F association: digital service in the evening for women who have a day job, and creation of digital training specifically dedicated to working women (also in the evening).
“Evaluation and training of Uni3 members in basic IT” from Uni3: skills assessment then integration of personalized training for seniors.
Itopia: Project integrating the design of a brochure to encourage the population to make an ethical digital transition, the creation of a support fund for students to repair their computer equipment or to purchase an upgraded computer, and launch of a study relating to on the brakes and levers in taking action towards sustainable and ethical digital technology.
