Help and advice can concern all types of subjects:
- The operation or use of your smartphone, computer, tablet, printer, scanner;
- Sending emails, adding attachments;
- Problems with your mailbox, messaging, software, application;
- An administrative procedure (e-demarches), online registration;
- Social networks;
- Internet searches;
- Protection of your data,
etc.
Personalized support is free and without an appointment.
There is no obligation to bring your own device, as the structure has dedicated stations.
