16 producers, 9 processors, 5 bakers, 17 winegrowers, 5 brewers and 1 distiller, 11 restaurateurs and 17 associations and institutions, be more than 80 participating entities will be present all weekend in the city center at the Parc des Bastions to discover the richness and diversity of agriculture based on direct sales and/or organic production.

Many stands and activities
The fifth edition of Festi’Terroir will be a new opportunity to meet the actors and actresses who make sustainable agriculture and food in Geneva. Tastings, catering, market stands where seasonal vegetables and fruits, breads, cheeses and sausages, local herbs and plants of all kinds, as well as drinks for all ages, will be available, the choice of local products will be very wide.
Of numerous associations and institutions in connection with sustainable agriculture and food will also be present to talk about their activities and offer workshops and events to learn while having fun. Concerts by the independent Geneva label Cheptel Records will punctuate the park throughout the weekend. On Friday evening in “aperitif” mode, the public is invited to come and meet the Geneva winegrowers and brewers, to drink an artisanal lemonade or a kefir, or to taste local fries. to the sound of a semi-acoustic concert.
Promotion of agriculture in the region
This year, Festi’Terroir has set up a sustainable food charter developed specifically for the event. It asks the catering stands to compose dishes solely or almost exclusively from Geneva and seasonal products. The drinks offered must be “homemade”.
Festi’Terroir is thus an opportunity to discover a more responsible consumption offer through the diversity of Geneva’s agricultural production and the promotion of short circuits. “The City of Geneva is committed to promoting local production on a daily basis.
