Space The Multi East converted for the occasion into an apartment in which the public can wander from one room to another, as if they were at someone’s house, everyone’s house and still a little at home.

Romantic texts, little notes on the fridge and epistolary novels

Between the paper age and the digital world, from the age of papyrus to that of WhatsApp, the function of correspondence has remained the same: be connected despite the distance.

The route takes travel between uses and erasbetween the love matches anonymous or celebrities, like Maria Casarès and the writer Albert Camus (865 letters exchanged), the popular postcard from the 1920sTHE daily life post-it notes stuck on the fridge, the ocean of ephemeral messages sent by text message and origins of the epistolary novel dating from Antiquity. Immersion in a universe as familiar as it is surprising.
