The Crafts Prize is aimed at all craft businesses as well as independent craftsmen and craftsmen identified as part of trades meeting the definition of crafts and from a sector of activity (domain-category) particular.
In 2025, those eligible and interested in competing for the CAG Craft Award must be artisans active in the field of textiles and more specifically clothing and/or clothing accessories.

Promote the richness and diversity of Geneva craftsmanship
Created in 1991 to promote the richness and diversity of Geneva craftsmanship, the Craft Prize is awarded each year by theAssociation of Geneva Municipalities (ACG) to a craftsman from a Geneva municipality excelling in his activity and enjoying the recognition of his peers.
THE domain-category of the CAG Craft Award varies each year to cover a representation of various sectors of the artisanal heritage of the Canton of Geneva. There winner of the CAG Prize receives a amount of 10,000.- francs paid by the ACG and sees his activity presented in a ten-minute film financed by the Banque cantonale de Genève.
THE Jury who designates the winner is composed of artisans and people representing the City of Genevathe Canton of Geneva, the Cantonal Office for Professional and Continuing Training (OFPC), and the Cantonal Bank of Geneva.
