The City is yours is a popular demonstration which takes place from May to October in different districts of the City of Geneva. For a weekend, the streets of a neighborhood become pedestrianized, welcoming a garage sale and turn into a party place and of encounter between neighbors, families, people close to you or people you don’t yet know.
There participation of all is encouraged. Each and everyone can occupy a piece of street to to propose an event, games, or any other festive, fun or cultural activity.
Organized by residents and volunteer residentsthese festivals are coordinated by the City of Geneva and are the subject of a charter.

You are a association or a group of residents and want to bring your neighborhood to life for a weekend? Do you dream of transforming the streets of your neighborhood into a festive space where we can meet for a drink or a meal? It’s possible!
Register today to be part of 10 neighborhood parties which will take place between May-June And September-October 2025. To do this, go to the La ville est à vous website and fill out the online form.
