Many people provide daily support to a loved one who is losing their independence or suffering from illness. This experience as a caregiver, which everyone may experience, can raise many questions.
Getting help when you help is a necessity for those who give a lot of their time and energy to others. As part of the Cité Seniors program, a Caregiver Café is organized, each month, until December. Led by Riccardo Rodari, psychosociologist, the Caregiver Café offers the sharing of experiences and the pooling of solutions to better cope with difficulties.
The Caregiver Café takes place at following datesfrom 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Cité Seniors:
- October 7;
- November 4;
- December 2.
Access to these activities is free and without registration.
