Located at the heart of the City, Plainpalais cemetery (Cimetière des Rois) is a testimony to the history of Geneva. From Calvin through Borges and James Fazy to Grisélidis Réal, numerous celebrities – from Geneva and abroad – who have contributed to the City’s reputation lie at rest here under the shade of hundred-year-old trees.
