As part of its multi-annual programming “Geneva, city of trees“, the City of Geneva is pleased to host this free event which brings together around thirty international speakers, tree and forest specialistswith a unique and diversified approach, combining the economy, ecology, science and traditions around the tree.
Over four days, conferences, round tables and film screenings will share knowledge on the protection of trees, forests and biodiversity in the face of the climate emergency with Sophie Swaton and Ernst Zürcher. A exhibition of sketches by Francis Hallé as well as the creation of a fresco by children from several classes are also on the program.
