    Twelve award-winning restaurants following the “A Table!” Sustainable Catering Competition | City of Geneva

    The “A Table!” competition shows that relatively simple measures, such as reducing food waste and eating more plant-based, local, seasonal foods, can improve the health of people and the planet, while supporting the local economy. Alfonso Gomez, Mayor of the City of Geneva in charge of sustainable development, “very warmly thanks the participants who enhance the products of our region and highlight its richness”.

    “This Competition does not only highlight sustainable cooking, it values ​​the diversity of catering players who are taking the step.
